Route 887 - Garland/Rowlett FLEX serves an area bounded by Sylvan Drive to the west, Travis Street to the north, Edgewater Drive to the east, and Garland Road or Westview Drive to the south.

Passengers requesting FLEX service may do so by calling the number below at least one hour prior to the desired trip. FLEX service can also be requested at the time of boarding at a transit center or a FLEX stop.

Flex Route Fare Structure

This route charges a DART Local fare for boardings at bus stops and a DART System fare for trips that begin or end away from the local or fixed route. FLEX requests will be limited to the designated FLEX zone and accepted according to the operator's ability to accommodate the trip within the schedule.

In accordance with the fare adjustment implemented in September 2009, DART System and Regional fares will change on October 1, 2010. DART System single ride fare will be $3.50 as of October 1, 2010.
